We find the problem. We prove it. We fix exactly that.

We show you what is quietly not working on your website, in your sales flow and in your measurement. Then we fix it with scoped, measurable work.

A sample shop. The findings are faults that recurred across 83 real website audits.
  • A sitemap listing pages that 404
  • A WordPress sample post, live for years
  • Products that exist only as JavaScript routes
  • “Contact us for a price”
  • A courier site with no parcel tracking
  • 61 of 63 product images without alt
  • Product pages with no structured data
  • Not a single <h1> on the page

The problem

Most websites don't break loudly. An email link never opens, a price is never written, a cart button quietly does nothing. Visitors don't tell you. They just leave. We don't say “let's improve your website”. We show you the problem first.

Evidence comes before the pitch

Twenion's first job was not selling, it was auditing. Every one of these numbers can be checked.

Four steps, always in the same order

The tool is chosen at the end, not at the start. First we need to know what is actually not working.

  1. Research

We learn the business, the website, and the channels where sales really happen: the site, WhatsApp, Instagram, the phone.

  2. Evidence

Every fault is recorded with a screenshot, a test or a measurement. What already works well is written down too.

  3. Scoped fix

We pick the problem with the most impact and split the work into countable items. No endless revisions, no vague “polishing”.

  4. Measurement

Where the data allows, we measure before and after. We don't guarantee results; we show what changed.

Four businesses, four different answers

Each one is a sample built for a fictional brand: a different sector, a different palette, a different page shape. All four pass the same audit checks.

  1. Home page of the Xəzər Ekspres sample courier site

    Courier service

    Xəzər Ekspres

    Problem
Courier sites often lack the three things a customer actually needs: parcel tracking, tariffs and an order form.
    What we built
A service site with parcel tracking, transparent tariffs and an order form.
  2. Home page of the Zərrə sample skincare shop

    Skincare shop

    Zərrə

    Problem
When products only open through JavaScript, search engines never see them.
    What we built
24 products, each on its own URL with Product structured data. Search, cart and checkout.
  3. Home page of the Qırx Pəncərə sample guesthouse site

    Guesthouse in Şəki

    Qırx Pəncərə

    Problem
Hotel sites rarely publish a price. Visitors are told to “get in touch”.
    What we built
8 rooms and a price for every one of the next 365 nights, in an open calendar.
  4. Home page of the Kəsim sample metal fabrication site

    Metal fabrication

    Kəsim

    Problem
Manufacturing sites hide the numbers an engineer needs: material, thickness, lead time, an indicative price.
    What we built
A live quote calculator and a nesting diagram on a 1500 × 3000 mm sheet.

These four are portfolio samples, not client work. Their forms send and store nothing.

What we fix

The tool follows the problem. Sometimes the fix is a frontend change, sometimes a measurement setup, sometimes automation.

  • Website health

Headings, metadata, schema, sitemaps, broken links and speed.

  • Sales flow

Cart, forms, checkout steps and mobile use.

  • Measurement

Analytics, ad pixels and event tracking. Is there enough data to make a decision?

  • Web and design

A prototype of the flow that loses trust, and a new frontend when it is needed.

  • Automation

Repetitive work in WhatsApp, email, forms and CRM, if that is where your business really runs.

How we work

  • No guaranteed results. We show what we measured.
  • Code, domain and accounts stay yours.
  • Every job is a written list of countable items.
  • A demo is called a demo. A live system is called a live system.
  • We note what already works, and we don't sell every service to every business.
